Founded in Denizli in 1988 by our father, Orhan KARAMİNKİS, Asil Kuruyemiş Makinaları combines its deep-rooted experience in the nuts and food processing sector with modern production technologies. Our company produces coffee roasting machines as well as nut roasting, sifting, sauce and frying machines; It develops solutions that are efficient, durable and specific to business needs. We constantly improve our technology by prioritizing quality and customer satisfaction at every stage of production. Today, we carry our production power born in Denizli to the world with our machines reaching 81 provinces of Türkiye and different parts of the world.

Our milestones
1988
Establishment
Asil Kuruyemiş Makinaları was founded by our father Orhan KARAMİNKİS in Denizli.
2012
Our First Own Design
We designed and produced our first rotary roasting machine; The machine is still working in the same enterprise.
2016
Starting Export
We shipped our first roasting line to the Middle East market and established our export department.
2019
New Production Facility
We established our own laser cutting and stainless welding workshop and brought all of the manufacturing indoors.
2022
Automation and R&D
We started to develop PLC/SCADA controlled recipe roasting systems with our own software team.
2026
More than 40 Countries
Today, our machines produce in more than forty countries; Our service network continues to grow.

Production in Our Own Facility
Every stage, from laser cutting to stainless welding, from assembly to testing line, is done in our own factory.

The roasting curve of each product, from hazelnuts to coffee, from roasted chickpeas to cashews and chickpeas, is calculated separately.

Thanks to the heat recovery chimney and insulated cabin, fuel consumption per unit production decreases.
